We strive to engage our pupils, add sparkle and energy to their lessons and promote a strong sense of self worth.
In line with most state schools, we work from and develop the National Curriculum to meet our needs and those of our pupils. We place a high emphasis on basic skills and our pupils achieve well. However, we believe our pupils gain in many ways from being a part of our school.
Our school council plays an important role in providing events for our school in order to support charities as well as taking an active role in reviewing the school’s daily worship and ethos. By having a say in many decisions within the school enables the children to develop a sense of pride and community as well as developing responsibility. Our school Council comprises of Eco Reps, Road Safety Officers as well as a Chair Person and Secretary.
