Complaints

Our school is committed to providing the best possible education for the children in our care as well as a high quality service for our parents and families.  If you feel that we have fallen short of this aim in any way, we hope that you will speak to us so that we can address issues and concerns.  In the first instance, we would normally expect parents to talk informally to their child's class teacher or the school office to seek advice about who to contact.  We would hope to resolve issues or concerns with clarification or by working in partnership. If, however, things can not be resolved using informal methods, then the Complaints Procedure within our Complaints Policy should be followed.
