"Pupils are proud of their school. They respect their teachers and appreciate that they help them to achieve their best. They feel very safe because they know that adults listen to them and care about them. OFSTED 2020"

Our School

Safeguarding

Governors, staff, children and parents all have a huge role to play to ensure our children stay safe.

This part of our website has been developed to promote some of the useful information and websites available to us all.  Please have a look at the useful documents and website links below. They will link into websites that talk about wellbeing matters, e-safety and mental health. If you would like to see any other information on our website, please feel free to contact the school via the 'contact us' page.

If a child is in immediate danger at any time, left alone or missing you should contact the police and/or an ambulance using 999.

The Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) deals with referrals from professionals and members of the public who have concerns about a child's welfare. They can be contacted on 0300 126 7000.

Please also see the Multi-Agency safeguarding leaflet attached, for more information.

Our designated safeguarding lead in school is Mr David Rosevear, and our deputy safeguarding leads are Mrs Jo Brinklow and Mrs Nicola Elliott.   Ms Gemma Smith, in our Nursery, is also trained to be a safeguarding lead should Nursery parents wish to discuss a matter with someone they know well. Please also see our safeguarding policy in the policy section of this website for further information.
