"Pupils are proud of their school. They respect their teachers and appreciate that they help them to achieve their best. They feel very safe because they know that adults listen to them and care about them. OFSTED 2020"

Our School

School Council

We are proud to have an active school council and the pupils know that their thoughts and ideas matter.

We are a group of children from Year 2-Year 6 who are the pupil voice of the school and we work to make improvements to our school. We liaise with each class in the school to find out from our peers what they like about our school and also what they would like to change or improve. During our meetings each member gets to speak and share thoughts/ideas. We then discuss these and vote on the best ideas. Our task is then to plan a way forward. We also organise events throughout the year including raising money for charities. Last year we supported Children in Need, Air Ambulance, The Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal and MacMillan Cancer Research.
